Sejak specifically is handpicked in the latter part of April, before undergoing a more uncommon production technique known as jeung-cha. The jeung-cha technique is when the tea leaves are immersed in boiling water for just a few seconds before draining and hot wok roasting. Taste wise there are a lot of subtleties going on; creamy, sweet, nutty, with a light and piny menthol effect.
